Q: What is the minimum rental commitment?
A: Our lease is month-to-month; therefore, you are not committed to any more time than you need.
Q: What kind of documentation do you require to rent a unit?
A: A valid driver’s license or other photo I.D. is required to rent any of our units. On boat, car, trailer, or R.V. spaces, we require the vehicle’s current registration information in the tenant’s name.
Q: Do you provide moving and packing supplies?
A: Yes. In our on-site retail store, we carry a wide variety of boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble wrap, tape, and other materials.
Q: How long will it take to complete my transaction on my move-in day?
A: The entire move-in process should take approximately 15 minutes.
Q: Do you charge when I access my storage unit?
A: No. You can come and go as often as you wish free of charge.
Q: Are there any items I am not permitted to store at your facility?
A: You are not permitted to store any perishable, inflammable, or illegal items. Cars, motorcycles, lawnmowers, and other gasoline-powered vehicles or devices should be filled with stabilized fuel prior to storage.
Q: Will my possessions be safe?
A: Our self-storage facility is protected by the latest, state-of-the-art, 24-hour digital video cameras. Our facility is completely fenced, well-lit, and electronically secured with individual keypad entry. Only authorized persons are allowed to enter the site at all times.
Q: Is it possible to view the storage units you have available before I rent?
A: Yes. It is advisable to view any facility for your own peace of mind. Please call us to book a no-obligation tour.
Q: Do I need to bring my own door lock for the unit I rent?
A: You can use your own lock or you can purchase one from our office.
